Overview
In the RVA capacity system, Planet Performance measures a planet's positional strength (Sthana Balam) — how well it can carry out its functional duties based on which houses the planet AND its star lord (nakshatra lord) occupy. - Performance is purely about POSITION — which house the planet sits in and, more importantly, which house its star lord (nakshatra lord) sits in. - RVA uses the Placidus (Bhava) system: when a planet's degree falls into a bhava different from its sign, the bhava gets 75% weight and the sign only 25%.
