Overview
Rules 1–3 gave Dig Balam by placement. Rule 4 is the first of the 'aspect' rules: a planet gains directional strength when the lord of the Kendra it needs casts an aspect on it. - Rule 4: the planet gains Dig Balam when its Kendra lord aspects it. - Caution: Rahu and Ketu have no aspect of their own — they only borrow the aspect of the planet they conjoin.
