Steve Jobs (1955–2011) was an American entrepreneur who co-founded Apple, was forced out of it in 1985, and came back eleven years later to run it. Adopted at birth in San Francisco, he dropped out of college after one semester and built the company that produced the Macintosh, the iMac, the iPod and the iPhone. In between he founded NeXT and bought the studio that became Pixar. He died of pancreatic cancer at 56.

The ascendant is Leo at 29.06°, which is the last degree of the sign. It has just crossed out of Venus's Purva Phalguni into the Sun's Uttara Phalguni, and the reading says so out loud before deciding: Venus is ending and the Sun's star has fallen — let us take Venus. Everything after that hangs on Venus.
That is not an arbitrary choice. Venus owns the tenth house from Leo, and the tenth is empty — no planet sits in Taurus — so Venus is the career, cleanly and without competition. It sits in the fifth house in Sagittarius at 27.94°, and Jupiter aspects it. A chart whose ascendant reports to an unopposed tenth lord in the house of creation was called capable of very large professional height in the first two minutes.
The same Venus is why nothing was ever stable
Venus is in Uttara Ashadha, the Sun's nakshatra — and that Sun is afflicted, sitting in Aquarius at 12.52° in Shatabhisha, which is Rahu's star. So the planet the whole chart depends on answers to a damaged one. The call made from it was blunt: no stability in professional life, and precisely because of that instability, the possibility of rising very far.
The Sun is in the seventh sign from the ascendant but the reading places it in the sixth bhava, and treats the difference as the native's luck: in the seventh it would have taken marriage out altogether. Saturn still aspects Venus, the significator of the spouse, and the judgement given was about forty per cent damage to the marriage yoga — enough to matter, not enough to end it.
A reversal in the sixth, and money that does not leave
Mercury is retrograde in Capricorn at 21.13°, in the sixth house. Mercury owns the second and the eleventh from Leo — the houses of family wealth and of gains — and both have been pulled into a difficult house. Read flatly that is a loss. Read as vipareeta raja yoga, it is the reversal in which the difficult houses cancel into each other and produce result instead of ruin, which is how the video reads it.
Mars holds its own sign in Aries in the ninth house, and both Mars and Rahu sit in Ketu's nakshatras — Mars in Ashwini, Rahu in Mula — while Ketu itself is in the eleventh. The conclusion drawn: a testing, grasping temperament that nonetheless does not lose money. Saturn is exalted in Libra at 27.93° in Jupiter's Vishakha, and Jupiter sits in that same eleventh house. The chart balances.
Where health enters, before anyone knew whose chart it was
The Moon owns the twelfth house from Leo and has fallen into the eighth, in Pisces at 14.52°, in Uttara Bhadrapada — Saturn's star. That Saturn owns the sixth house of illness and sits in the third. Twelfth lord in the eighth, answering to the sixth lord: the video calls health the theme of the chart at 4:07, long before the name is known, and says the Sun's affliction says the same thing a second time.
Saturn and Mars both throw aspects onto the same axis, which was read as harsh communication and a native who forces matters to a conclusion — a risky candidate, in the words used. The twenty-minute reading therefore had two fixed points before any date was discussed: a career that would go very high through Venus, and a body that would be the thing to fail.
The dashas: middle age, not youth
Saturn's period runs to 1958 — exalted, in the star of the fifth lord — and was read as a decent enough household to be born into. Mercury, 1958 to 1975, was marked average and the family support discounted: the second lord is tied to a dusthana, so the money at home was not expected to carry him. Ketu, 1975 to 1982, is in mutual exchange with Rahu and follows Jupiter in the eleventh, and that was named as the pick-up point.
Then Venus, 1982 to 2002 — twenty years, no planet in its star, the tenth lord of an empty tenth house. That was called the whole story of the chart before a single event was checked. The Sun, 2002 to 2008, average. The Moon, from 2008 — twelfth lord following the sixth lord, in a water sign — was where the reading expected the health to break. Purva Ashadha means below forty and Uttara Ashadha above it, and the summary given was that this native succeeds in middle age.
