Delete Your RVA Account
You can request deletion of your RVA (Rahasya Vedic Astrology) account and all associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@rva.app from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
- We will verify the request and delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your account details (name, email, phone number)
- Your saved birth profiles and locations
- Your saved preferences and session data
What may be retained
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing/transaction records), retained only for the period required by law, then deleted.
Timeline
Your account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
